Walkston Pty Ltd (WALKSTON) 12V Manual Ground water pump kits are assembled in Australia.

Our manual pump kits are designed for various applications, with a primary focus on removing groundwater from beneath swimming pools.

Fiberglass pools are typically installed with an inspection pipe, usually located at the deep end, using either a 90mm or 100mm pipe. Our pumps are specifically designed to fit these sizes, ensuring efficient groundwater removal. Each kit includes a standard 12mm garden hose fitting, allowing users to direct the discharged water away from the pool area.

The included 110/240V transformer is IP67-rated for outdoor use and is securely mounted in a hard carry case. However, this component should not be submerged in water. We recommend keeping it at least 3 meters away from the pool while in use.

In the unlikely event of a malfunction due to faulty materials or manufacturing within 12 months from the original purchase date, please contact us at info@walkston.com.au. Upon receiving your claim, Walkston will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Limited Warranty under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

12 Month Walkston Warranty

In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, Walkston warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date.

If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs, Walkston will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or relevant parts, provided the customer follows the procedure outlined in the operating instructions.

To activate your 12-month warranty, you must register the product within 60 days of purchase by completing one of the following:

Please note: This warranty is not transferable.

Items Not Covered by our Warranty

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or apply to a product that has:

• been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, damage or accident;

• been used, operated or maintained other than in accordance with Walkston’s instructions;

• damage caused by a freight company with poor or careless handling;

• damage due to negligence or failure to properly maintain the product;

• accidental damage caused by acts of god or other circumstances outside of Walkston's control;

• not been installed in accordance with our installation instructions;

• been modified or altered from original specifications or in any way not approved by Walkston;

• had repairs attempted or made by other than Walkston or its authorised dealers or repairers; or

• been subject to abnormal conditions such as incorrect voltage supply, lightning or high voltage spikes, or damages from electrolytic action, cavitation, sand, corrosive, saline or abrasive liquids.

The Walkston warranty does not cover replacement of any product consumables or defects in products and components that have been supplied to Walkston by third parties (however Walkston will provide reasonable assistance to obtain the benefit of any third-party warranty).

Your warranty does not cover freight or any other costs incurred in making a claim. Customers must pre-pay all freight charges to Walkston when returning products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walkston shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special loss, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from Walkston products. This limitation does not apply to any liability of Walkston for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee applicable to your Walkston product under Australian laws and does not affect any rights or remedies that may be available to you under Australian laws. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walkston disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the product parts or any written materials provided.
